What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide care for adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and mood disorders. I am committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is thoughtful and balanced. I believe medication can be an important part of treatment when clinically appropriate, while also emphasizing education, patient involvement, and long-term wellness. I work closely with each individual to develop a treatment plan that is both effective and aligned with their personal goals. I recognize the importance of truly listening and understanding each patient's experience. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgement free space where patients can openly discuss their concerns and feel confident in their care. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well being- meeting each person where they are and supporting them every step of the way.
