My therapeutic approach is person-centered and evidence-based. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, collaborative, comforting, and sometimes humorous environment where every client feels heard and valued.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Sudbury Psychology Services, we typically provide 1-2 intake sessions. These initial sessions allow Dr. Lisa A. Taylor to get to know you and understand your presenting challenges. Following the intake, we begin treatment tailored to your personal challenges and goals. Dr. Taylor uses a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to promote the highest quality of care. Each 50-minute session focuses on helping you develop practical skills, gain insights, and make positive changes to improve your mental health and well-being.
