“Doctor and staff were friendly. Great communication. My only issue was that the rooms didn’t have any hand sanitizers or even tissues. And looking for tissue around the office was a little unsanitary to me. All rooms should be equipped with sanitizers and tissues, especially since there isn’t a sink in the room.”

I did not see the provider I booked with. The provider I saw was nice enough, but I was not happy because that was not who I booked with. The rooms were outdated and had broken furniture. The front office staff was not knowledgeable about insurance plans and rules. Would not go back.

I was led to believe I could see a gastroenterologist there, onnly problem is there is only a nurse practictioner and a Physicians assistant. they can only refer me to see the specialist I was already aware of needing to see. a waste of time.

I received a call confirming my appointment, and I asked if they were able to provide me with the service and was assured they did. When I arrived, I was told, they do not provide my service after waiting over an hour for nothing. I was then given a script with an address and phone number and was told this was the contract for the health center that could provide the service, after booking them the next day and also confirming on the phone if they could provide my service, they assured me they could, however, once again they could not! Another day wasted, zocdoc has to do a better job with clairifying what services these doctor's offices can really provide.
