I booked an appointment with this provider and was never contacted. I tried to call the office, but couldn’t get ahold of a person. I had no way to join the telehealth call (not that one was ever given/linked). I’m very disappointed.

First step in my great experience was booking on ZocDoc! I was able to put specific search criteria like the kind of doctor I needed, and they accepted my insurance as well! I was able to get an appointment quickly and some doctors had same day appointments as well!! All information is in an online format easy to do from your phone, computer, even a tablet! When we needed to ask a question someone answered and they were able to help us promptly! The doctor was amazing!! I love that she had options for in person, virtual, or a mix of both as well as flexible appointment times and dates. Follow up appointment was also scheduled less then a week later which worked amazing for our family!!
