Getting to know Lizbeth Ramos
Taking the first step toward mental health care can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make that process feel comfortable, respectful, and manageable. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to understand how your symptoms affect your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being before recommending treatment. Care may include medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, and practical education to help you better understand your symptoms and treatment options.
My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions. In-person and telehealth appointments are available in English and Spanish. If you are ready to take the next step, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

The process begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, experiences, daily challenges, and treatment goals. From there, a personalized plan is developed, with ongoing follow-up visits to review your progress, address questions, and adjust treatment as your needs evolve.

This was my first appointment and it was amazing. Lizbeth is such a great listener and truly took my concerns seriously, which has been so hard to find.
