About Lizenia Pazmin

"I am a bilingual Registered Dietitian specializing in metabolic and gut health, with a focus on practical, culturally sensitive nutrition. I am dedicated to helping clients improve their health markers and improving their perception of food through compassionate guidance and evidence-based education. I believe in discussing access and affordability to help my clients create nutrient-dense meals and improve their health in way that works for them. My other passions are in lactation education, nutrition postpartum and general nutrition restoration. When I am not trying new ways to uplift my leftover food I'm pretend playing with my daughter or reading a new chapter book with my older son. I love music and dancing and proud of the genre range my kids have ( blues, jazz, old rock and roll, to hip-hop, EDM, boleros, guaguanco, and son etc.). Uplifting culture is part of my parenting. This also means I love all kinds of foods. When I learned the nutrition in those foods my foodie heart exploded. I hope to work together to create nutrition that works for you."
