The provider was well prepared and asked clarifying questions about my medical history and experiences. She was very accommodating and attentive to my issues, and eager to develop a treatment plan with me. I look forward to meeting with her again!

Lois is a kind woman. I checked in 5 minutes early and she was already waiting for me! I voiced my concerns over this as I detailed my rough history of ~10 years going through multiple providers for several reasons (insurance changes and incompatible providers) and she validated my concerns and actually listened! She generally did a great job at making me feel seen or heard as I rolled into my vulnerabilities. It was an amazing intake appointment. I have already booked my next appointment and I'm excited!

I never saw her. I waited and attempted calling the number posted and was routed to the "front desk" that was closed. I left a voicemail.

Excellent bedside manner, very considerate.

I was telling her some symptoms I was having and how they were bothering me for an ADHD appointment and she just kept trying to convince me that I do not have ADHD and as for my symptoms she told me that she thinks everybody has those. She also said that people think because they have trouble focusing that they automatically have ADHD and she can promise that it probably is not. She would not listen to me about how long I have been trying to figure out what is going on with me and how much medication I have been on and how none of it has had the desired effect.
