About Lola Ayeni
Hi, I’m Lola Ayeni, a Functional Medicine and Integrative Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in helping patients who are struggling with chronic conditions that haven’t improved with traditional care including high cholesterol, prediabetes and diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, digestive issues like bloating and reflux, chronic fatigue, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and persistent inflammation.
My work blends evidence-based medicine with a root-cause approach. Instead of treating symptoms alone, I look at how nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, gut health, metabolism, and environmental factors all contribute to your overall wellness. I use comprehensive lab testing, clean wellness strategies, and highly personalized care plans to help patients finally understand why they feel the way they do and what to do about it.
Many of my patients come to me after feeling unheard or rushed elsewhere. I take the time to explain your labs, connect the dots, and create a plan that is both achievable and effective.
