Most relevant
Showed up 15 mins late and goes 15 mins over the appointment time for her to say at the very end that my insurance only covers 1 session. Then admitted that she forgot to tell me at the beginning of the call because she was rushing and 15 mins late. She knew that the entire 1 hour long appointment grilling me with tons of questions was for no reason and a complete waste of my time. I would never trust nor recommend a health care professional who can’t remember important insurance information patients should be aware of before the appointment.
