“The office was a calm environment, which was amazing because I tend to get nervous before appointments. The woman at the front desk was very kind and was able to get me checked in right away. The visit with the doctor was amazing. He was very patient with me, very thorough when we discussed my medical history, and very informative when it came to treatment options. He has great availability, usually I'm not able to follow-up with a doctor for at least a month or more, and it's usually not with the same doctor. He is able have me follow-up much sooner and monitor how my treatment is going, which makes me feel at ease. This provider is out of network for me, and I knew that when I scheduled. I had already heard nothing but good things about this doctor, so I was more than willing to pay out of pocket to see a doctor who is fantastic with his patients than have my insurance cover an unpleasant visit elsewhere. The cost of the visit was affordable, overall a very positive experience.”

About Lonny Elson
Lonny Elson earned his Master’s in Adult Health Nursing from the University of Phoenix and is a certified family nurse practitioner operating an independent family practice in Flagstaff, AZ. I have been seeing Lonnie for over two years now. He is a compassionate professional with great listening skills who really cares about his patients. I always feel great about my visits. His office manager, Nancy, is a jewel. She is also very caring and is quite skilled at managing this busy office. Highly recommend both.

I met with Mr. Lonny Elson for my annual checkup as well as a health and wellness review and really appreciated his attention to detail as well as his ability to listen to and address my concerns. I also appreciated his self-sufficiency, in that he was the one who took my blood-pressure, measurements, and even drew a blood panel for testing. There's no go-between person to handle those things, he does it himself, which saves significant time. His office assistant, Nancy, is also extremely helpful and proficient in handling your appointments and insurance questions, which is really valuable. I've really appreciated the care I've received here and would recommend to anyone also seeking quality healthcare.

After searching for a while with for a PCP that I liked I found Mr Elson, and he clearly answered all my questions I've had and always got me in right away as soon as I contacted his office very happy with his practice and hope my insurance doesn't make me change in the future.
