I was very happy with my appointment.

Unfortunately did not get what I made the appointment for. I am in need of refills of medications I am already taking and was basically refused. The provider was polite and asked many questions but ultimately the appointment was a waste of time. I could not get basic medications or refills on what I'm already taking. Mental healthcare is in need of drastic reform in the US to eliminate this tortuous process so people who are struggling can get the care they need.
