Dr. Lora Gilreath earned her medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis, Tenn., and completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. Dr. Gilreath, who is board certified in pediatrics, sees newborns through age 18 for acute childhood illnesses and injuries, as well as management of chronic conditions, including eczema, allergies and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she has been in practice in Houston since 1997. Her primary clinical interest focuses on preventive medicine, because she believes firmly that early intervention and small lifestyle changes can improve long-term health and give better outcomes for treatments.
