If you are looking to work on building your resilience for both physical and mental wellbeing, I think we will likely get along well. I do not mind taking the extra time to get to know you and the nuances of your life experience that shape how you interact with the world. I believe the details are really what make up a truly healthy life experience. Most of my experience is with children and adolescents. I hold a Master's in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree from Loma Linda University School of Nursing.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I know that first meeting can be very intimidating. So set up a short 15 minute introduction and we can just chat. After that meeting we can set up appts outside of the listed availability. I can take evening and weekend appointments also.
