Our work together begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation, where I take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve in treatment. We'll explore not only symptoms but also stressors, strengths, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your well-being. From there, I collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic strategies like CBT, or supportive counseling. Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, guidance, and flexibility as your needs evolve. I view treatment as a partnership—grounded in trust, open communication, and shared goals.

Loren cared for my mother for several months while she was in a nursing home, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for her exceptional care. Her bedside manner was warm and compassionate, immediately putting both my mother and me at ease. Loren took the time to listen intently and explain any medication changes in a way that was easy to understand. She was always communicative, regularly checking in to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns, and if we did, she addressed them promptly and thoroughly. Loren’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made a difficult time much easier for our family. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who truly cares about their patients and their families.
