I had a very frustrating experience at this OB/GYN office. I arrived at 2:15 PM for my 2:30 PM appointment and was redirected from suite 100 to 105 after check-in. The week prior, I confirmed my appointment and insurance, yet at check-in they couldn’t verify it. I overheard the doctor repeatedly asking if I was ready while staff said they were still verifying my insurance. The doctor even questioned why this wasn’t done beforehand. I provided additional details (maiden name and husbands DOB) and showed proof on my insurance app that I’m an active member; my card also confirms coverage for 2 adults. Despite this, no one attempted to CALL the insurance company. After waiting, I was told the doctor wouldn’t see me because I was past the 15-minute grace period, even though the delay wasn’t my fault. When the Dr came over why wasn’t I offered the option to proceed with my appointment while someone called and verified my insurance. Although they tried to reschedule, I won’t be returning.

It was my first appointment and everything was very good. The staff was very friendly and professional at all times, the office and the rooms very clean. And Dr Lorena was very thorough and listened to every word I said and she was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend her and the clinic.

Absolutely incredible experience! I’ve had a LOT of bad obgyn experiences and providers over the years, but this one was fantastic. I was taken in a few minutes earlier than my appointment time, I was able to finish my paperwork in the room, I was attended to from the moment I walked into the office and every person that I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and answered each of my questions with care and respect. I will absolutely be coming back to this office!
