About Dr. Lori Frisard

I am a family medicine physician at Memorial Healthcare System. I treat adults with a variety of health concerns, from common colds to chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, and obesity. I am most passionate about patient education and helping my patients better understand how diet, exercise, sleep, and other healthy habits can improve their overall health, as well as many chronic illnesses. I enjoy creating long-standing relationships with my patients and getting to know them over the years while assisting with all of their health concerns. My goal each day is to make an improvement in the lives of those I care for. This may be by listening to someone who needs to share a story, explaining a health condition in a different or more detailed way, or thinking of alternative ways patients can incorporate healthy habits into their busy lifestyles. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my internship and residency in Family Medicine at Westchester General Hospital. Before joining Memorial, I practiced for 10 years in a private practice in Pembroke Pines. When I am not working, I maintain a healthy lifestyle through running, yoga, and spending quality time with my family.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. Frisard. After terrible experiences with past doctors and being told it’s “normal for your age” and ignoring my symptoms and concerns, Dr. Frisard was a gift from the heavens.
