I received my master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where my previous career in cancer research led me to a focus on health psychology and psychosocial oncology. In addition to addressing chronic health issues such as cancer, I specialize in life transitions and adjustment difficulties, identity issues, anxiety, depression, challenges related to aging, and the many forms of grief and loss. I strive to create a safe and collaborative space in which you can put words to your experience and explore who you are and how you meet life’s many challenges. My approach aims to help you identify what gives you meaning and purpose, no matter where you are in life. I will both walk with you and gently challenge you to identify and work towards goals that will make meaningful change in your life.
