I made a video appointment, got a text to call. I called, was told they would call me back because the coordinator needed to set me up as I was a new patient. I followed up with multiple more calls and ultimately 3 minutes before the appointment was told they booked the slot and gave it to someone else (despite the fact that I had it reserved on Zocdoc) Then I got an email from Zocdoc saying they reported me as a no show. Don’t bother, the office is irresponsible, inconsiderate and incompetent. I shouldn’t have to follow up on my appointment, I needed an emergency visit and they caused me to not be able to get one.

I feel like I was given a little bit of a run around to restablish care with a psychiatrist using the same information and medications I had already taken. I felt like my words were being heard but I was just being taken as my symptoms and not me as a whole person
