The patient conditions I treat include ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality, behavioral disturbances related to neurocognitive disorders, and some addiction disorders such as alcoholism. My communication style My therapeutic process begins with open-ended conversations that encourage you to express your thoughts and emotions freely. I believe that there is no one way to peel an onion; each layer reveals a different aspect of your experience. I emphasize autonomy, accountability, and responsibility in your healthcare - matched with our collaborative efforts. My goals for you In terms of goal setting, we will discuss your unique needs, priorities, and the changes you'd like to see. Together, we'll develop a realistic plan to help you reach your goals, recognizing that they may evolve. You have the autonomy to steer our collaborative work, with me offering guidance and support as your partner.
