Getting to know Lori Mcclain

Hello! I’m Lori McClain. I’ve been working in mental health care since the late 1990s, and it has truly been an honor to support individuals who may not always feel they have a voice. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, and residential programs. I approach my work from a nonjudgmental, harm-reduction perspective. I enjoy bringing humor into my interactions, and I’m also direct and honest about expectations and the realities of different mental health conditions - while always recognizing that each person is unique and nothing is ever absolute. A couple of fun facts about me: I have an adorable French Bulldog named Malkie, and before entering mental health care, I spent about eight years as an international flight attendant. I still love to travel!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services.
