I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and my primary goal is to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, and PTSD. I believe in a collaborative approach that empowers each person to take an active role in their healing.
My services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. I draw from both traditional and holistic methods to create individualized treatment plans that improve symptoms, enhance quality of life, and help rebuild relationships. My holistic approach may include mindfulness, lifestyle changes, and other mind-body strategies that support emotional and physical well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that treats the whole person.
