After spending years working in conventional settings, both in hospitals and medical clinics, she realized there is a growing need for a more integrated approach to health. It is Lorraine's passion and desire to help her clients reach optimal health and healing using an integrative, whole foods approach. Lorraine provides expert guidance on food and nutrition while also supporting her clients in other foundational aspects of wellness. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nutritional Sciences and completed her dietetic internship at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Lorraine has been practicing as a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 8 years and holds a specialty certification as an IFNCP (Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner). In her free time, Lorraine enjoys hiking, playing the ukulele, and spending time with her husband and young son.
