About Dr. Louis Tesoro

“Caring for children’s medical well-being with warmth and compassion and appreciating the value of family and friendship are things I learned growing up in Brooklyn in a large Italian family” Dr. Tesoro received his undergraduate training and MD degree at Yale University. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He has been with The Pediatric Group since 1988. Dr. Tesoro is past Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the University Medical Center at Princeton. He previously served on the Medical Executive Committee. Deeply involved with service at St. Charles Borromeo and a founding trustee of Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart, he is dedicated to quality education and development of children. He has a wife and two children. He enjoys alpine skiing, scrambling, running, tennis and computers.
