What should a new client know about working with you?

As a mental health professional, my style is collaborative, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings openly. In terms of medication management, I take a holistic approach that considers the individual's unique needs and preferences. I work closely with patients to discuss the potential benefits and drawbacks of medication, as well as possible alternatives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During sessions, I sit down with my patients to review their symptoms, changes in their mental health since our last visit, any stressors or triggers they may have experienced and how their prescribed medications are working for them and if there are any side effects or concerns. I may also make adjustments to their medications based on their feedback and overall progress. I do encourage open communication.
