I offer effective outpatient, individualized psychological care. I treat a variety of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground where you can begin the healing process and reconnect with your true self.
My goal is to meet the unique needs of each client while enhancing quality of life and comfort. I work collaboratively with each patient, involving them in their care through safe measures such as diversional therapy and psychiatric medication, helping to find balance and achieve your personalized therapy goals. Seeking mental wellness empowers your daily life, promotes healthy behaviors, supports self-management, and fosters greater overall well-being.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, and earned bachelor's degrees from both Texas Tech University and the University of North Texas.

My visit was great because it was something I am looking forward into, it's virtual and I don't need to drive. Apart from that the provider listens to everything I say. She's kind and more importantly I get to have continued care for my medication management.

I've struggled so much with finding someone who could actually help me. She listened to me about my concerns. I would highly recommend. In the area I live in there are no physciatrist so being able to do everything virtually is A major help.
