About Lovia Konopasek
My goal is to provide compassionate and collaborative care with my patients, prioritizing not only their physical health but their mental and emotional health as well. Misleading scheduling and unprofessional provider change
I had a very disappointing experience at Carbon Health, specifically with Lovia Konopasek.
I spent significant time calling both Carbon Health and my insurance company to confirm that Lovia Konopasek was in-network, and I scheduled specifically with her.
On the day of my appointment, the nurse told me Lovia would be in shortly – but instead, a completely different PA named Abby walked in. No one informed me beforehand, and I was immediately concerned about whether my insurance would cover this visit.
Because of this bait-and-switch and the lack of communication, I would never recommend Lovia Konopasek – not because of her care (I never saw her), but because of the clinic’s failure to honour my scheduled provider. My time and effort were completely wasted.
If you care about seeing the provider you actually booked, avoid working with Lovia.

Lovia listened to me helped me with all my healthcare needs. I explained to her how hard it is to find a new PA my experience with the person prior to seeing her. Nothing I said shook her up she understood my needs and was mindful of it all. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my medical and help with my mental health needs too. I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I would recommend her to my closest family members. The Best !!!
