All the nurses and other staff members were amazing. Made check in a breeze. They really show that they care. The doctor is awesome as well and will be adopting as my primary physician. This visit really meant a lot to me.

I had go in for an uncomfortable issue and Dr. Naeem and her staff made me feel very welcomed and I felt cared for. I did have to redo paperwork that I did online but I didn’t wait long in the lobby or in the examination room. Overall, a nice visit.

The nurse who took my vitals and patient information was very short with me. I didn’t have time to explain answers beyond a word or two.
I went in for a sore throat and the doctor very quickly flashed a light in my throat and said it doesn’t look like strep. Then told me to get tested for Covid. She was in and out. Didn’t bother to check anything else or ask more questions. I knew I didn’t have strep, but I did have sores on my throat that I could see at home. So that felt dismissive. She then prescribed me antibiotics that they use for covid patients, which DID NOT HELP!!!!! I tested negative for Covid, didn’t think I had it in the first place. I felt like she had diagnosed me with Covid as soon as I walked into the building.

Did not receive a full evaluation. Practitioner displayed obvious bias. Would not recommend or return for another visit. Will be seeking a second opinion.

My worst experience on here. I have had 6 missed phone calls just to verify my insurance.. which I already filled out online. I must remind that we all have busy lives as well. Plus when i gave a courtesy call that I may be 15 minutes late due to the rainy weather plus my 45 mins commute, I was asked to cancel because this doctor will not be flexible…
Calling back to the automated line was impossible. Do you want us to leave a message and wait by the phone for your office to call back inconveniently! I felt this office only cared about payment and insurance being aligned. With my first experience here, I would not recommend nor come back.
Unnecessary stressful morning on top of not feeling good.
Please take this as a new patient constructive feedback.

Not only did I fill out everything on Zocdoc I also got a text message and filled out several pages of information on their online portal. I showed up and I had to refill out all information in a large packet I was 30 minutes early and didn’t get seen until 10 minutes after my appointment. The doctor maybe gave me 60 seconds didn’t touch me or barely even looked at the area of concern. Just wrote three prescriptions didn’t explain anything as they are all new to me. She only cares about money does not care about patience at all! I will not be back. I also found it odd that they Collect payment before you are seen.

They didn't have my Zoc Doc information pre-loaded and told me that they were unable to access the information. I had to wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen. Once I was seen, I was met with a temp nurse who was nice but tired and didn't know the program they used. She wrote down what I was there for, but I had to remind her repeatedly. When the doctor finally saw me, she started writing scripts and referrals like crazy. She was there for maybe 3 minutes when she tried to leave (And I had at least 3 different reasons for being there). Then I had to remind her I was there for a sprained ankle that had been swollen over a month. She then was shocked and tried to force me to see an orthopedic doctor (who I'm sure she was paid for referring me to). I felt like a transaction. It was obvious they didn't care about me and my care. I also got around 20 follow up calls (after unsubscribing from them) reminding me to go to my referrals. All they care about here is making money. They don't care about patients at all.

I saw previous reviews about lack of bedside manner, and after this visit could not agree more. Her diagnosis was not thorough or intensive, and quite honestly a waste of time. Unfortunately due to my experience I will not be returning.

Dr. Naeem is very nonchalant and doesn’t care about her patients, well didn’t care about me or my well being I should say. She reads off a sheet of paper, and then gets up to walk out the room afterwards without explaining what it was that she read or what is exactly going on. I had to literally stop her and say “ ma’am, I do not understand anything you just read can you please explain”. She walks around like she hates her job, no smile on her face , and doesn’t take her time with patients. I’m 23 years old and I’ve never had a doctor act this way. When I spoke to the office manager she explained to me that She couldn’t do anything in regards to how the doctor practice or treats her patients and that the doctor can be very stern. These people go to school to help others, but I’m actuality they pick and choose who they want to help or how they help them. I will never go back
To her and I don’t suggest anyone to go to this doctor either. If you don’t mind your doctor being nonchalant and not caring , then maybe she is the perfect doctor for you.

The entire office visit went even better than expected. I was greeted promptly and with a pleasant receptionist. The physician aid was very professional and pleasant as well. Dr Naeem was very kind and I was impressed with her medical knowledge and understanding of my condition. I look forward to my next visit and having her as my physician.

I waited a ridiculous amount of time only to be seen by the doctor less than 5 minutes before she was running out of the room as I was still talking. I felt very rushed and kind of like she was judging me. Her facial expressions made me feel like she didn’t take me seriously. She didn’t listen to what I was needing. I am the only person who knows what I am feeling and she basically shut down everything I was saying as if I didn’t know my own body. I don’t recommend and won’t be going back.

Doctor did not do labs correctly, now have to wait 6 weeks to retest. Doctor did not even attempt to resolve my issue same day; wanted to set up comprehensive testing (probably to get more $$$). Office staff is horrible and gave me attitude when I expressed that I was unhappy with the way the office has been handling the situation/ nothing done in a timely maneer or with any sense of urgency. Very unhappy and in the process of switching to another PCP.

I showed up 5 mins late but called to tell them I was running late they said it was ok, waited for over an hour to be seen and then the doctor was only in the room for 3 minutes, seemed like she was in a rush to get done. Then I waited another 20 mins for my paper work, total of two hours for a 3 minute visit!!
