This was our 1st visit to Dr. Naeem, and surprisingly it went pretty well. The office personnel were great and very attentive. Dr. Naeem was very professional and helpful. We were able to get a new patient appointment within 1 day, and were very impressed with that. Thank you for helping make this change a positive experience. William S.
Doctor did not do labs correctly, now have to wait 6 weeks to retest. Doctor did not even attempt to resolve my issue same day; wanted to set up comprehensive testing (probably to get more $$$). Office staff is horrible and gave me attitude when I expressed that I was unhappy with the way the office has been handling the situation/ nothing done in a timely maneer or with any sense of urgency. Very unhappy and in the process of switching to another PCP.
Professional, thorough, empathetic and took Her time. Very attentive and I did not feel rushed. Extremely happy with her she's a keeper!
very cold office no personality or kindness they push office products on you not to metion she for got my chronic illness multiple sclerosis 3 times. i changed primary care physician after 2 months
Dr.Naeem is very brilliant, friendly, punctual, and helpful! :) She is very sweet person ever I had met a doctor.
I had to wait about 1 hr and 15 min I saw the dr for about 5 min! My visit was so I could establish care and talk about my medical needs. I was very disappointed with the care I received. I felt she did not have time for me.
She answered all my questions and explained the diagnosis and medications prescribed.
Very professional, efficient, knowledgable.
I was very pleased!
I showed up 5 mins late but called to tell them I was running late they said it was ok, waited for over an hour to be seen and then the doctor was only in the room for 3 minutes, seemed like she was in a rush to get done. Then I waited another 20 mins for my paper work, total of two hours for a 3 minute visit!!
Pleased. Dr. Has setup a Neurologst for me, making it easier to see my needed doctors. Appreciate all she done.
I waited over two hours to be seen for five minutes and when I asked for a refill on my anti depressants she referred me to a shrink instead...I know my depression n what I need...I felt like she didn't actually care what I was there for she just wanted me out the door.
