I typically suggest "therapeutic homework assignments" that are often brief and enjoyable but also challenging, encouraging deep self-reflection, critical thinking, cognitive reframing, and learning to view situations and people from various perspectives. Although patients may present with similar concerns, I do not treat any two people exactly the same; my therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual based on their personality, interests, and clinical needs. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School, which informs my evidence-based and compassionate approach to care.
