About Lucy Liao
As an adult and gerontology Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and geriatric health, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for adults of all ages. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Adult Nursing from New York University, which have equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. My practice focuses on preventative care, chronic disease management, and promoting healthy aging. I believe in a holistic approach, taking the time to listen to my patients, understand their unique needs, and work together to create personalized treatment plans. My goal is to empower my patients to achieve their optimal health and well-being at every stage of life. I've been seeing Dr. Lucy for almost 2 years now and I'm happy I found her! She listens to you, speaks about health and wellness in a way that's easy to follow, and is straight to the point. She will work with you to come up with a health plan that's collaborative, works with your lifestyle, and easy to follow. She's a real person! I'm no longer nervous about doctor visits and I look forward to catching up with her every time I see her.

Awesome staffs. Awesome doctor. This doctor care about you and your health. You want a doctor that not only know what she is doing, but you want a doctor who is empathetic. And also, there is minimal waiting time, which is nice too.

This provider is great at explaining things and takes in clients that speak different languages. Even with a language barrier I’ve seen this provider use all the tools at her disposal to communicate with her patients.
As for the wait time it varies from day to day. Usually Monday mornings are busier as well as Fridays and weekends. Afternoons aren’t as packed. I like this office specifically because it’s clean and the staff make it convenient for you and change your PCP, so you don’t have to deal with insurance. They also offer allergy testing and lung testing on certain days as well as Telehealth, so no need to go in-person to discuss reports or make prescription requests.
I believe this provider also does Pap smears, so it’s really convenient for all the women that need a GYN and a PCP in one. Highly recommend!
