Dr. Bronfin is very professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel like I was being rushed out of her busy office. I went from diagnosis to MRI to review of the test in about 2 weeks. The NYU Langone system is great and I'm glad she is part of it.
The appointment was terrible. I left crying. Her bedside manner was awful and it was almost like she was angry at me for having questions and being nervous / upset.
The Doctor is great! BUT the wait was 2 hours!!! I was majorly late to work and it caused a mess of my day. Not sure how they get away with these long waits. Everyone waiting was complaining but front desk repeatedly said wait wont be long. Doesnt sit well with me to recommend to others if theres no respect of patients time.
Dr. Bronfin was so professional and helpful. She really made sure to be thorough in her testing, while still listening to me and taking everything I had to say very seriously. This was probably the most professional doctor's appointment I've ever had. I really felt respected and taken care of. The rest of her staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Bronfin was very attentive and personable. She was really focused on unearthing my mysterious pains and helped charter a path toward discovery. She also explains medical concepts very well so that you have a good understanding of your issues and her diagnosis.
She was awesome! She’s super smart and is the best neurologist that I have ever been to and I have been to a lot and no one has helped me in the past. I’m so thankful that I finally found Dr. Bronfin! She’s a blessing!
Very nice and Professional
Dr. Bronfin is great. She’s knowledgeable, caring and very personable. I found her through Zocdoc and I’m so happy I visited her. The office staff is extremely sweet, funny and so helpful! I went a bit earlier than my appt time which gave me time to fill out the initial forms and was seen by the doctor at the exact time of my appt. I did not have to wait. Would deff recommend!
Great doctor, very knowledgable. The wait time was a little bit longer than expected, but I will take that any day over no wait time for a bad doctor.
I went earlier than my appointment because I was in excruciating pain. I was accomodated regardless. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Dr. Bronfin was to the point, thorough, and caring. I was given medication that significantly lowered my pain.
She is wonderful. Tells u clearly how things are and how she hopes to proceed. The staff does not seem as helpful in so many ways.

She is a nice person but her staff are not so great. They also request your card information before you can even be seen and they let you know they will charge your card without your knowledge based on their fees if your insurance doesn’t fully cover which i don’t like.

Dr. Bronfin is simply wonderful. I don’t feel like I’m ever in the dark, she explains everything to me. If you have questions she really listens and takes her time to answer them. I trust her decisions completely. She knows what she’s talking about. Staff is courteous and friendly. Wait time is super worth it, I don’t see myself seeing a different provider.
She new exactly what she was talking about and told me about the new medications she was going to prescribe me and its side effects. She assured me I would not get migraines as frequent as I have been getting them

Every time I go to Dr. Bronfin I wait close to 1.5 hours to be seen. I've been seeing her for at least three years and I dread going because of this. It shouldn't take over two hours for a routine follow-up. I really like the doctor herself, but I can't stand the office. I am thinking about finding a new neurologist.
Very professional and very kind
The only negative I can share about my experience was the wait time - I waited an hour prior to being called back to see the doctor. However, upon being called back, I was able to understand the wait time a bit more. Dr. Bronfin was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns, taking time to explain each of the tests she was running, why and what the intended result would prove/disprove. Her bedside manner is excellent as is her general disposition - I highly recommend!
