“To begin with, I called on Monday to ask her if it was necessary for me to go on an empty stomach, the girl who attended me told me that she didn't know what the Doctor would tell me after I was there, so what's the point of talking to them if they don't know anything, My appointment was for 9:20, I arrived at 8:50, I left at 11:10 Too long waiting, they put me in the room at nine:40”
