“She's great and very knowledgeable! Tries her best to get me, the patient, tested on other things (like blood work) to see what could potentially be causing my symptoms and gives advice on potential solutions to those symptoms. She tries her best and shows that she really cares. Definitely much better than other psychiatrists I've had in the past who just prescribe medications and call it a day. I recommend her.”

“Dr. Garcia is a great doctor. Dealing with PPD/OCD she was really able to help me. She listened and was able to determine what could help and goes above and beyond to see if there are underlying factors! I’ve had plenty of doctors in my past, and ie never really found anything to help. Dr. Garcia listened to my previous experience and was able to take that in to account to help me. I truly believe in her work ”

This is a safe space where you can share your thoughts, challenges, and hopes. Together, we'll talk about your feelings, relationships, and any stress you're experiencing. I am very unsatisfied with the service (or should I say lack thereof). I felt like she dismissed me and would not listen to how I truly felt. She diagnosed me with another disorder that I feel is incorrect and had my friends and family laughing. She said she would rechedule an appointment over a month ago after cancelling our last one and has not done so. I am out of meds and leaving this facility to try another one. I was told I could get medication on a 30 or 60 day supply to cut costs. Medication was the same price for 30 days that it was for 60 or 90 days. My last provider was able to help me so I don’t understand the increase in cost now. I haven’t heard from her in months and had to use old lower dosage meds for over 3 weeks. I will not return to Brightside
She's very caring generally and she tends to be very professional, works on things with me. She's definitely one of the better doctors I've had.
Luisa is very nice and a great listener. She listens to all of my concerns and is helping get me on the right medication. Highly recommended!
