With 10+ years treating chronic pain and 3 years in psychiatry, I provide comprehensive medication management and psychotherapy using a compassionate, culturally competent, whole-person approach. My goal is to help patients and families improve emotional wellness, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. I strive to create a supportive and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment planning. New patients are often seen within 48 hours. Hours: Wed–Fri 11 AM–5 PM ET, Sat 1 PM–4 PM ET. Initial consults available at 11 AM, 1 PM, or 2 PM ET.
Please note: Missed consults may limit future scheduling availability. We do not offer detox services or prescribe Suboxone, Xanax, Ativan, Depakote, or Adderall IR. Home sleep studies are required for patients prescribed controlled anxiety medications. If positive for sleep apnea, referral to pulmonology and gradual medication tapering may be required for safety.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
