About Dr. Luke Aguirre
Dr. Luke earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on athletic training at Northern Illinois University, and his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Northeastern Illinois University. He then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at The National University of Health Sciences in August of 2025.
After graduating from Northeastern Illinois, he committed his time to the proven power of exercise as medicine and opened a gym in Chicago from 2015-2020. Through expanding his expertise into chiropractic therapies and experiencing care as a patient himself, he connects with and understands his patients with genuine emotional intelligence.
Dr. Luke recently married his wife, Mazi, in Spain. They live in Chicago with their dog, Scout, and cat, Lady. When he isn’t in the clinic, he loves going to live shows, trying new restaurants, and watching movies. His go-to local spots are Bean Bar, Protein Bar and Kitchen, and K-Solo Vintage. A wellness tip he lives by: consistency can make or break healthy habits.

Dr Luke is wonderful. He took good care of me and got me better. Staff and other doctors are good and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Luke has been fabulous! The whole Align group has been absolutely wonderful! I feel terrific. The back pain I came in with is gone, which has helped tremendously with my sciatica issue and walk. I highly recommend this group!!!

I always look forward to my visits! The staff is incredibly friendly, positive, and attentive. They make me feel welcome and genuinely comfortable from the moment I walk in. You can tell they truly care about their patients' health and well-being. They also do a fantastic job accommodating my schedule for my adjustments.

It was an excellent experience. Dr. Luke took the time to understand my issues and explained how they could help and I could prevent the issues from recurring. Not many providers take the time to really listen so I appreciate the time he took to understand my issues and to provide a treatment plan meant specifically to address those issues.
