About Dr. Luke McKenna

Dr. Luke McKenna is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He grew up in Charlottesville before moving to southwest Florida. He attended college at the University of Florida, earning a B.S. in psychology, and medical school at Florida State University. He completed pediatric residency at the University of Virginia during which he worked at Piedmont Pediatrics! He then joined Island Coast Pediatrics, working with his fellow pediatrician father, Marty. Luke, his wife Danielle, and their four children are excited to be back in Charlottesville as they missed the community, nature and food! Outside the office, Luke is a cook and food enthusiast. He loves Star Wars and Gator football.
