“I have struggled for years to find a good pcp that heard me and made me feel seen. Most doctors I’ve been to barely stay in the room for more than 2-3 minutes before leaving out and saying I am fine or just sending off a prescription if needed. I’d say Luna has been the best to and for me so far. She is a great listener and very knowledgeable about everything we discussed. The assistant at the front desk was nice and sweet! She provided great customer service as well. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a great experience and to get to the bottom of any health concerns, because she is willing to help get you on the right track to better health.”

About Luna Wahnon Benayoun
Since she was in elementary school, she always wanted to be in the medical field and become a healthcare provider. Dr. Luna Wahnon Benayoun always knew she wanted to be a doctor. She studied at Central University of Venezuela and received her Medical Doctor degree in 1982. From there, this was just the beginning; she was able to finish her post grade studies (pediatric) by 1990. She then emigrated to the United States, and this was not an obstacle for her to continue studying. She started at Florida International University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing by 2015. In 2016, she received a master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2020, she obtained autonomous practice privilege. As soon as she received her master’s degree, she joined Myl Group services. She enjoys educating her patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.

Horrible horrible service. I had an appointment at 10 am , I am a new patient, when I got there the lady at the front was on the phone, me thinking it was a patient or something important, comes to find out she was on the phone with a family member. When I asked her if I could start the paper work for new patient she rolled her eyes and asked me to wait. I waited for almost 2 hours! And when I asked if they were going to call us in soon she said the doctor had an accident and was running late. I feel as if she should’ve said that at 10 am when I got there. No respect or professionalism in that office.

I drove 40 min to get there and when I got there there was no one who can see me , they didn’t even let me know prior my appointment that the doctor cannot see.
Very unprofessional. And I am sick now, got to go to ER bcs I can’t make any appointments at this moment with any doctors.

The doctor is very unprofessional and didn’t listen to the severity of my issues that I was experiencing. Instead of putting me on a proper program and regime, she was oftentimes dismissive and didn’t speak English well so she didn’t know much about any of the medications I had questions about. Would not recommend.
