I booked via telehealth for my symptoms under the assumption that I wouldn’t have to drive to Brooklyn or be seen in person for a visit. Waste of time and money and insurance .co pay & deductible I had to book with an actual in person dr with for my symptoms which I should have been advised /told from the door will not use this again

I am so happy I choose Dock everyone was so caring and helpful. They took me in right away, listened carefully to my concerns, and Lyalya created a great care plan. You can see how thoughtful she was, not trying to rush me out. I was very confident in the care and proffessionalism.
