“I didn't see Dr.Yee I have zero opinion on him. The front desk gets a zero rating. I waited 2 1/2. I understand human error,but no apology from them is unacceptable.Once seen they were polite,but it felt rushed. It was past 4 pm after all . Mind you I was early to the appointment. I was so upset and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will return; Dr. Yee was highly recommended by Dr. L. Douds. Disappointed the front desk has an attitude of out of sight out of mind .They treat patients like cattle.”
