My approach to mental health care is grounded in compassion, empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I believe every individual is unique, and effective treatment should be tailored to the person rather than simply focused on a diagnosis. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and feel heard and understood. I believe mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and I am committed to caring for the whole person - both mentally and physically. My goal is to work collaboratively with each patient, and when appropriate, their family, to develop a treatment plan that supports their individual needs, promotes stability and wellness, and helps them feels empowered in their mental health injury. Above all, I am passionate about helping my patients feel supported, valued, and hopeful. It if my privilege to walk alongside each individual as they work toward improved mental health and a better quality of life.

I believe in thoroughly understanding, assessing and diagnosing your presenting symptoms to help me support you in the best way possible through medication management. Should you believe that medications are not the best route for you, I can help you connect with a robust therapy network.
