I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHMP) with extensive experience providing compassionate, individualized mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical background includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me experience caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns and varying levels of need. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, ASD, a vast array of children's mental health disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. I have a particular passion for working with children and adolescents and supporting them as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I also enjoy working with adults and helping patients better understand and manage their mental health throughout different stages of life. I believe every individual is unique, and effective treatment should be tailored to the person rather than simply focused on a diagnosis. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and feel heard and understood. I believe mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and I am committed to caring for the whole person - both mentally and physically. My goal is to work collaboratively with each patient, and when appropriate, their family, to develop a treatment plan that supports their individual needs, promotes stability and wellness, and helps them feels empowered in their mental health injury. Above all, I am passionate about helping my patients feel supported, valued, and hopeful.
