“A large portion of my decision to change from a therapist to a psychiatrist was based on the ability to access prescription support on my healing journey in addition to practical methods. I have been challenged to self reflect, evaluate my actions and make purposeful changes to produce results that are beneficial versus detrimental. Dr. Carlton is insightful and rather than tell you about your issues uses stories and vibrant verbal illustrations that allow you to think and reach the necessary conclusions so that a plan of resolution can be created and executed. ”
