Expect a calm environment where you will be heard. Ample time is allotted for each appointment so anticipate each session to be unrushed. Sessions are started on time. Response to queries and requests for prescription refills are done in a timely manner. All issues regarding the client's care are addressed promptly. Quality care is prioritized. Patients are encouraged to ask questions and empowered to make decisions regarding their care.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Most relevant
Always confused on why I’m there to see her. Doesn’t seem like she has notes or reads her own notes. Even when she tells me to make appt for follow up, she is confused when I show up for a follow up. Also told me my increasing depression, and symptoms of no motivation, was probably because of the weather and to check back with her in 2-3months about it when it’s sunnier outside.
