What should a new client know about working with you?
Expect a calm environment where you will be heard. Ample time is allotted for each appointment so anticipate each session to be unrushed. Sessions are started on time. Response to queries and requests for prescription refills is done in a timely manner. All issues regarding the client's care are addressed promptly. Quality care is prioritized. Patients are encouraged to ask questions and empowered to make decisions regarding their care. I accommodate emotional support animal letter requests, off-work notes, FMLA, and short-term disability requests.
*My practice does not provide refills for the following medications: Klonopin, Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Ambien, Restoril, Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta, and Vyvanse.*
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical initial session involves a thorough evaluation of the client's condition, diagnosing, and then prescribing medications that can alleviate the client's symptoms. Input from clients in regards to what medications they can take are taken into account.

NP didn't undertake the fact that I tried taking medication that I thought would help me, but declined to offer what I wanted..I explained that I only wanted that particular medication for a short period of time until my medicine that was provided from my pharmacy had it ready. I told her what worked for me was a , but was unwilling to prescribe what I requested. I probably won't see her again.. I didn't feel she was empathetic to what I was telling her, and felt she wasn't listening..
