I have been in the mental health field for over 5 years and have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, communication difficulties, and relationship difficulties. I like to spend my free time outside practicing archery with my husband and our Black Lab/German Shepard mix, Remington. We love to go camping and explore new places. I love just about any food that is unhealthy for you and enjoy watching crime shows/movies on the weekends. Fun Fact: During my free time you can catch me out country line dancing!
