About Mackenzie Nutt
Mackenzie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont before pursuing her nursing degree at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating with honors from the accelerated nursing program she worked as a neurology nurse while also pursuing her master’s in nursing. Mackenzie practices with over 8 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in various healthcare settings including primary care, inpatient medicine, and student health. She is a graduate of Schweiger Dermatology’s APP fellowship program that combines medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in an academic and clinical training program.

I was very apprehensive and uncomfortable about my appointment but I left the office feeling that Dr. Mackenzie heard my concerns and I really feel as if she genuinely wants to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

This is a provider I had seen prior to their connection to Zocdoc. My personal doctor is good, which is why I was a returning patient. I did not like the every two-day reminder about my upcoming appt for weeks before scheduled appt; I did not like the constant reminders to provide information provider already had since I am a long-time patient. I did not like waiting 20m in exam room to be seen. The quality of my actual patient care was good. The quality of my patient experience was aggravating.

Good experience during my appointment. However, very disappointing office experience. I was told I needed. prescription, but it was never called in. Despite multiple times of reaching out to the office I never got a call back, and 24 hours later still no prescription. Bottom line it’s the office that is a problem not the Physician Assistant.

I had such a great experience. She took the time to really listen to my full medical history and made sure to consider how everything connected, not just the skin issue I came in for.
