i sat and waited for 17 minutes, nobody joined. i called, and they continued to talk like it was my fault for the delayed meeting. i’ve been waiting. the front desk or whoever it was was very rude. i don’t even know why i try.

She was super nice and it was much more convenient than going to an appt in person. I also feel that she was just as thorough if not more so than doctors I've seen in the past for in person appts. Got to the point without feeling rushed and she even reached out to and scheduled me w/ colleagues who had more experience w/ my particular issue rather than trying to cover everything herself and jump back and forth between meds she wasn't sure about like previous docs have done. (I'm sure she would of been done well without lol).

Macy Tackett is amazing! She is very caring, professional, attentive, efficient and just an overall wonderful doctor! Both my fiance and I see her weekly and she goes above and beyond for both of us. We just absolutely love her! Would highly recommend her!?????

Macy Is absolutely amazing. She has continued to show me support through my recovery by providing me with knowledge and patience as I learn to navigate being free of drugs. I highly recommend their clinic especially Macy, her understanding for her patients is 10/10.

Macy has been very good to me since I began seeing her in early 2025 after my previous provider who I had been seeing for 10 years abruptly stopped seeing patients with no explanation given. Macy always sounds cheerful and takes the time to listen to everything I say and always tells me if I need her between appointments that she’s always there for me and as a patient I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
