Madeleine is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wagner College and a Master's in Nursing from Post University. She offers more than 8 years of experience in healthcare, including orthopedic care, spine care, and surgical services. She was most recently with the Orthopedic and Spine Care team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center here in Denver, CO.
Madeleine has a passion for family medicine that focuses on treating patients as whole persons. She strives to build close relationships with her patients and help them achieve optimal health through disease prevention. She believes in treating the whole person by encouraging lifestyle changes alongside medical management through a holistic approach. She enjoys empowering her patients to take the lead in their health care journey and places emphasis on nutrition, exercise, and proper sleep hygiene. Madeleine is extremely excited to be a member of the MedNOW team and to help patients reach their health care goals.
Madeleine has lived in Colorado since 2016, moving here from NYC. She is a lover of live music, enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time outside whenever possible. She also enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, cycling, and loves being near the water!

I hadn’t had a PCP visit in a few years and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Madeleine was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, both she and her staff made me feel at ease. Madeleine took the time to really listen to me, made me feel comfortable, and explained her approach clearly, which immediately built a strong sense of trust. I felt heard, respected, and confident in her care — she knew exactly what to test for and made the entire process feel collaborative. Her MAs and the rest of the team are equally welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They create a warm and reassuring environment where you feel genuinely cared for. I’m so glad I found this practice and actually look forward to coming back for my next visit!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Madeleine today! She was incredibly personable, understanding, and truly took the time to listen—I never once felt rushed. Unlike my previous provider, who did the bare minimum and never made me feel like they cared, Dr. Madeleine showed genuine empathy and attentiveness. I even opened up about something personal earlier this year, and her compassion did not go unnoticed.
I also really appreciated the intimacy of the office—it was small and welcoming, which made the experience feel more like a conversation about my health with a friend rather than a doctor just trying to get to the next patient. I’m absolutely ecstatic to have found a provider I can confidently trust. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and didn't judge me for not having been to a doctor in over 3 years. She took her time discussing a plan for going forward with treatment options and I never felt rushed. She was very thorough and complete in her exam, all the while discussing my history more like a conversation to put me at ease. Dr. Brown is awesome and easy to talk to, I wish I would have found her 3 years ago.

Best doctor ("nurse practitioner", but let's be real. Shes doing the best work of a doctor). BEST doctor, Madeleine was amazing. Also, incredible front end staff and the best part was the amazing nurse/office manager Christine (Christina? I'm so sorry, was just one appointment). I told Christine that I've had issues giving blood in the past/specifically veins that look better than they are. This AMAZING nurse, took her time, checked both my arms, and ultimately opted for a butterfly needle. I was so happy with this visit. Not only did the NP, Madeline, make me so comfortable that I could actually be honest with her, but Christine hit my vein/got my blood the first time. I've been having blood work done for 20 years now, and Christine was the first nurse to hit my vein the very first time. I'm so happy to have found this office /department, the team here is amazing.

Ms. Brown was very attentive and gave me great advice. She heard me without interferences which is something I needed. I’ve also asked her about certain things I researched myself and she immediately gave me her feedback. I didn’t want a YES doctor, I wanted a primary to help me figure out what works for me. She was truly amazing and I’m glad to have her as my primary doctor.
