About Dr. Madeleine Gantz
Madeleine Gantz, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist. She has a diverse educational background, having received a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Lafayette College as well as a Master’s in nutrition from Columbia University prior to enrolling in medical school at Drexel University. During medical school, she was awarded research grants from the Melanoma Research Foundation and American Skin Association to study melanoma epigenetics, which led to publication in the peer reviewed journal Mollecular Cell. After obtaining her medical degree, she completed an internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Gantz trained with some of the most well-known cosmetic dermatologists during her time at Mount Sinai Hospital, which is where and when she discovered her passion for cosmetics. Since then, she has been published in peer-reviewed journals on hyaluronic acid fillers and has participated in cutting edge clinical research on some of the newest neuromodulators and fillers. She worked as a cosmetic dermatologist at the prestigious Suzanne Bruce and Associates in Houston prior to relocating to Austin, and is particularly passionate about injectables, photorejuvenation, laser resurfacing, and skin tightening. She also practices medical dermatology and treats all ages for conditions such as acne, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
Dr. Gantz is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is an active member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
