Hi, I’m Maddie! I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from D'Youville University, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree. I’m a Certified Confidence Coach and Mindfulness Nutritionist, as well as a Yoga and Pilates instructor. Health and wellness is not just something that I preach—it’s what I practice on a daily basis.
