What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path began with my passion for mental health and the neurophysiology underlying human behavior. Following my undergraduate degree at Boston College, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a neuroscience concentration and a minor in Medical Humanities, I worked in a traumatic brain injury clinic at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for two years. This experience deepened my commitment to providing person-centered care, which inspired me to pursue a career in nursing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m passionate about promoting the mental health and well-being of individuals across the lifespan, utilizing a holistic, person-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based approach. Treating the whole person means recognizing the important connection between mind, body, and spirit in healing, which is why I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where you always feel heard, respected, and supported. Respectful and attentive to who you are, my style adapts to your unique needs, situation, and goals. This thorough, non-judgmental approach is designed to help you feel comfortable expressing your concerns, so I can provide the best possible care.
