About Madeline Ramirez

Lacks professionalism and knowledge. The doctor reached the appointment without reviewing my ER notes from Friday.

Madeline Ramirez was fantastic! Very positive, energetic and quick. I had an issue with getting my prescription that required her to change the location three times, which can be very inconvenient, and she was very nice and extremely quick about putting in the new prescriptions. I highly recommend!

Just moved from Austin where it was hard to get in to see my PCP for general wellness and checkups and even for urgent matters, so I’m really grateful to have found Maddie and Urban Health. It was so easy to get in for treatment, lab work and they were very responsive when there was an issue with the pharmacy filling a prescription.

This place was a great experience! I was looking for a dermatology appointment for a skin cancer screening and ended up finding them. They are a primary care practice but ended up being able to provide what I needed. Would definitely recommend this practice if you need a primary care doctor!

Overall impression: Clean office, friendly staff, and a very knowledgeable doctor. It's clear right out the gate that Dr. Rodriguez enjoys her work, has that spark of enthusiasm that makes a patient feel very welcome and accepted. She answered all my questions during a skin cancer checkup and gave me multiple options including biopsy as a possibility. I went with that option to be absolutely sure as I am up in years and did not want to take any chances. Got to say it was actually a fun event in big contrast to most other office visits with other medical personnel. Bedside manner is A1.

10/10 will go back to this office. Staff was great, Madeline Ramirez, PA-C was excellent with my child (age 6) listened to her, communicated everything very well to us both. My child was comfortable and safe with her, which as a parent is very important.

My first time being in this clinic. When i first arrived the lady in the front helped me check in and it was a fast process and i did not had to wait. I arrived a bit earlier than what my appointment was scheduled for, which i believe helped my process faster.
I went for a consultation with Ms. Madeline Ramirez. She was a great listener and helped me with all the questions i had regarding my visit today. The staff there was amazing as well and helpful. I will be booking with them for all my upcoming appointments.
